We are searching for a competent Administrative Assistant to join our team in West Los Angeles. In this role, you will be working in the corporate events industry where your primary responsibilities will include managing event registrations, overseeing attendance during workshops, and facilitating front-facing interactions with participants. You will also handle certain back-office tasks such as printing and working with the Google Suite. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage event registrations efficiently.

• Monitor workshop attendance and ensure smooth running of events.

• Act as the first point of contact for participant inquiries and provide necessary assistance.

• Engage in front-facing interactions with participants, providing excellent customer service.

• Perform back-office duties including but not limited to printing and data entry.

• Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks.

• Ensure all customer records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Take proactive steps to resolve any issues that may arise.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure effective execution of events.

• Use your knowledge of Corporate Events to enhance the overall event experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides
• Experience in planning and coordinating corporate events
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification required; further education in Office Administration is a plus.
