Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent support in a Athletics environment? The Country Club of Virginia is looking for an Athletics Administrative Assistant to ensure seamless operations and enhance both member and staff experiences within our Athletics Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Athletics Director and management team
• Develop and maintain organizational systems and SOPs
• Assist in scheduling, staff training updates, and member communication
• Manage reservations for shared spaces and handle administrative tasks related to department projects
• Support the Athletics team with POS item setup, billing, and report generation
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date communication materials and assist with club publications
• Manage key systems for various department areas, including Fitness, Aquatics, and Boat Landing
• Organize and execute the Advisory Committee process, including meeting invites, agendas, and notes; attend meetings and distribute minutes for Fitness, Youth & Aquatics, Outdoor Heritage, and Racquet Sports

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of related experience preferred

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite

- Willingness to obtain CPR certification

Successful candidates will be mature, self-motivated, efficient, and detail-oriented. Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook are required, along with at least two years of administrative experience. Country club or athletics experience is a plus.
