Job Description
TEKsystems is seeking installation technicians for our partners at OneDiversified. These technicians will be responsible for supporting OneDiversified’s installation projects on multiple Google sites. Once on site, the individuals will be interfacing with employees at Google and will be adhering to a business casual dress code (collared shirt, khakis, jeans with no holes; all great options). It is important that our technicians represent themselves professionally as the work will be in a corporate setting.
Location: Mountain View California area, opportunity for travel

1 Lead Technician
- Lead experience required
- Ability to take charge in team settings
- Time efficient
- Self sufficient
- Prior experience in the audio-visual space
- Strong cable management skills
1 Supporting Installation Technician
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive list of rooms for the day with a breakdown of what needs to be accomplished
- Ability to read and interpret breakdowns with little to no oversite
- Ability to perform terminations
- Ability to pull cable through walls
- Hang displays
- Locate studs
- Ability to troubleshoot
Day to Day
- Refreshing multiple rooms in a corporate setting (conference rooms, offices, etc.)
- Utilizing site given equipment for specific rooms
o This equipment will be made ready for each room upon technician arrival
o Each room will have a box with equipment required for that specific room. Equipment will consist of anything necessary for the specific repair or installation
- Day to day will vary, according to room specific needs. This includes but will not be limited to
o Changing out displays
o Mounting displays
o Replacing the Lenovo codex that is located under the display
o Replacing sound bar
o Replacing microphones at the conference table
Required
- Consistency is a must!!
o Google is adamant in maintaining consistency throughout all their offices globally, so it is important that our technicians are detail oriented and able to follow instructions 100% of the time.
- Basic tools
o Cordless drill, drill bits, punch tool, and PPE GEAR
- Clear lifetime background check
- Clear 7 panel drug screen
