Seeking a Custom Home Architect to join a team of passionate professionals dedicated to designing and building extraordinary homes. If you’re a creative visionary with a strong architectural background and a love for turning dream homes into reality, this is the opportunity for you!

As a Custom Home Architect, you will collaborate with clients, designers, and project teams to design unique, high-quality custom homes. You will oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring every detail reflects the client’s vision and meets the highest standards of design and functionality.

• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their lifestyle, needs, and vision for their dream home.
• Design Development: Create innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
• Building Codes & Regulations: Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability practices.
• Material Selection: Provide guidance on materials and finishes to achieve the desired style and functionality.
• Budget Awareness: Balance creative vision with cost-effective solutions to meet client budgets.
• Quality Assurance: Review and approve construction documents and oversee design integrity during the construction phase.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• 2 years of experience designing custom homes or high-end residential projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing custom home designs and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Deep understanding of residential design trends, materials, and sustainability principles.
• Excellent communication skills for working with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Licensure or registration as an Architect (preferred).
