  • Create new and improve existing features that drive user-to-user growth and engagement flywheels.
  • Oversee and scale rapid experimentation processes, using data-driven hypotheses to identify new growth opportunities across diverse global audiences.
  • Develop insights from growth experiment outcomes, systematically embedding learnings across teams to shape the product roadmap and company-wide initiatives.
  • Represent Strava in cross-functional executive discussions, driving buy-in and alignment for growth-focused strategies.
  • Lead & mentor a team of product managers.

You will be successful here by:

  • Driving data-informed decision-making by leveraging product analytics to guide strategic prioritization, future product developments, and optimizations at scale.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of senior product managers, cultivating an environment of continuous learning, high performance, and career development.
  • Championing inclusivity and collaboration, ensuring a diverse set of voices influence key decisions while fostering a culture of psychological safety.
  • Aligning cross-functional teams on a clear growth vision, fostering consensus through data-backed strategies, roadmap prioritization, and hypothesis-driven experimentation.
  • Showcasing your strong analytical and quantitative skills to distill complex data into actionable insights that influence key business outcomes and product direction.

We’re excited about you because:

  • You have 8+ years of product management experience, with a significant focus on growth and retention in consumer-facing, community-driven products.
  • You are a visionary leader who thrives in driving high-impact growth strategies in rapidly evolving environments.
  • You have 5+ years of leading growth product teams and proven experience building scalable, repeatable processes to achieve sustained growth.
  • You’ve demonstrated success in leading large, cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives.
  • You have a track record of developing and mentoring mid-to-senior-level product managers and leading organizational change.
  • You excel at providing strategic clarity and aligning multiple perspectives across product, engineering, marketing, and executive leadership teams.
  • You’re adept at navigating ambiguous, complex technical challenges, with a proven ability to lead engineering partnerships.
  • You possess outstanding communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • You combine exceptional business judgment with strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions that drive company-wide growth initiatives.
