Staff Accountant
Salary: Competitive, up to $60K

Core Responsibilities/Duties:

• Review, reconcile, and analyze general ledger accounts; prepare adjusting journal entries.

• Prepare monthly financial statements and communicate effectively with non-financial colleagues.

• Prepare month-end reconciliation between the general ledger and reporting software.

• Analyze transactions for proper coding and assignment of revenue and expenses.

• Assist in preparing complex month-end reports.

• Prepare intercompany reconciliations.

• Provide support for prepaid and inventory accounting.

• Interact positively with internal teams and outside stakeholders.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Accounting or finance internships are welcomed.

• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
