Role- ETL testerLocation-Maricopa, AZ Role Description: Develop detailed test plans, strategies, and cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of ETL processes Collaborate with developers, data architects, and business analysts to understand requirements and define test objectives Conduct end-to-end testing of ETL processes, ensuring the accurate extraction, transformation, and loading of data Validate data accuracy by comparing the source data to the target warehouse, performing data integrity checks Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate data transformations, aggregations, and mappings Identify discrepancies and raise issues for resolution, documenting all anomalies. Log, track and manage ETL-related defects using appropriate defect tracking tools Conduct performance and load testing of ETL processes to ensure scalability and robustness under heavy data volumes. Essential Skills: 10+ years of professional experience is required. Proficient experience as ETL Tester Excellent understanding and hands on experience on a) Oracleb) PL/SQL,c) Informatica Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clear, concise technical writing style Hands-on experience with writing and executing complex SQL queries for data validation Experience in testing data migration and integration projects Proficient in identifying and reporting ETL defects, including root cause analysis. Knowledge of database concepts like normalization, indexing and performance tuning. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Think strategically and big and should always be a vocal leader Experience with report validations Skills: Experience with Cloud based ETL tools (Azure, AWS, GCP) Familiarity with modern data architecture patterns like data lakes, data mesh, or data fabric Knowledge of ETL/ELT frameworks and data integration best practices Knowledge of visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) for reporting quality metrics Exposure to Data Governance6) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Experience with a.
