Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager:

• Manage a biweekly pay schedule; handle the submission of employee hours and proof reports for accuracy
• Efficiently process payroll for three entities, ensuring timely and accurate payments for 80-90 staff members
• Manage bank statements to maintain financial accuracy
• Maintain records and organize filing systems to streamline administrative processes
• Administer simple IRA plan, including entering employee and employer match contributions
• Coordinate payments with their affiliated banks; direct deposit setup and bank entries
• Job postings per departmental needs
• Assist in personnel set up, conduct exit interviews, and perform monthly bank reconciliations

Background expected of the Human Resources Manager:

• Entry level accounting skills
• Comfortability with Microsoft Excel

Salary Range:
$55,000 - $65,000 Creative Financial Staffing
