Job Summary: We install and integrate building automation controls, equipment, and energy services in new and existing buildings. We are proud to provide building automation and energy management services to the Washington/Oregon area. We are a company that is focused on making our clients' buildings work better for them. Our passion is applying technology as a means to save them money and improve their comfort and safety. We are looking for a General Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities: - Read MEP plans and interpret them to install conduit, wire, BMS controllers, and HVAC instrumentation devices to provide a complete low voltage BMS system.
- Use a computer and software to perform commissioning and troubleshooting on BMS equipment.
- Coordinate with other trades or partners on project sites.
- Provide red-line documentation and pictures of all installation.
- Work with a Project Manager to manage your daily, weekly, and monthly schedule.
- Comply with Ainsworth's safety standards and procedures.
Qualifications: - Current J License in Oregon
- Current EL06 or EL01 License for WA (preferred but not required)
- Current Driver's licenses and clean driving record.
- Be able to work in public schools, hospitals, and correctional facilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to communicate verbally, via telephone and email clearly and concisely.
- Be able to work alone, or with a team
- Be willing to travel to jobsites in the Portland and Salem Area.
