Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $34/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Location: Blue Ash, Ohio

What’s a typical day as a Learning Management Systems Administrator? You’ll be:
• Supporting and administering the Learning Management System (Cornerstone).
• Creating and managing user groups for training initiatives.
• Assigning curricula and assessments.
• Modifying question banks for regional use.
• Overseeing additional assessment attempts or resets.
• Creating and managing user groups and assigning curricula for specific trainings.
• Uploading content, creating and managing user groups, and running reporting functions.
• Maintaining a listing of all content uploaded to the LMS.
• Using LMS reporting features to perform analysis and communicate to business teams.
• Supporting ad hoc projects and additional responsibilities.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Have 4-6 years of business experience, with 3 years in a highly regulated industry preferred.
• Have 3 years of progressive learning experience, preferably with a concentration in global LMS training deployment.
• Have experience partnering with external vendors and outsourced providers/contractors.
• Have experience in Cornerstone onDemand and/or other LMS.
• Have experience using Service Center technologies.
• Have an uncompromising commitment to client and customer satisfaction.
• Have strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
