Summary CHS has an exciting opportunity for a technically-minded learning professional to lead the administration of Learning Pool, our enterprise learning management system (LMS). This position functions as our in-house LMS expert who manages and maintains the LMS platform, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and user experience. This professional will handle the day-to-day administrative duties of the LMS, will develop technical strategies that support CHS learning across divisions, and promote growth and scalability of the LMS. Responsibilities Learning Management System + Serve as the LMS expert and the primary contact for support and administration of the LMS. + Be the primary contact to support enterprise content providers who use the LMS to deploy division-specific content. + Upload training content (e.g. SCORM files) to the LMS. Assign and track learning content to audiences. Deactivate old content and user licenses. Test and troubleshoot course issues. + Manage learner curriculums in the LMS database. + Work with IT stakeholders on LMS data interface and updates to data files. + Manage and develop the protocols for all online courses to include curricula, learning plans, and other assets. + Manage common areas within the LMS including appearance, tabs, settings, and branding. + Provide end-user support to all LMS users as needed for system issues while proactively working to resolve issues that arise regarding course design, configuration and deployment. + Oversee, advise, and support content providers with LMS solutions and customizations throughout the development lifecycle. + Analyze and evaluate LMS capabilities to establish governance, processes, and timetables with a mindset of continuous improvement to drive system standardization, optimization, and utilization. + Generate reports both standard and ad hoc, streamline report functionality, run queries for ad hoc requirements, and propose dashboards as needed. + Monitor and administer LMS security according to po To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
