Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to work in Fond du Lac , Wisconsin for a 13-week assignment at a partnering Detention facility. Nurse Practitioner Contract Details

• $85 – $90 an hour
• 12-week contract with possibility to extend
• Shift: 24 hours per week, Flexible on Days
• Nurse Practitioner will provide care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility

Requirements:

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Wisconsin
• BLS
• DEA
• Experience: 1 years of recent relevant experience
• Board Certified/ Board Eligible
• Correctional Facility Experience Preferred
