Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead the implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, campaigns, and other business objectives. Analyze marketing data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, providing actionable insights to optimize performance. Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Spearhead initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence in the SF Bay Area and beyond, leveraging regional insights and trends. Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market and implement best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of success in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies. Strong expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media advertising. Exceptional communication, project management, and leadership skills. Familiarity with the unique dynamics of the SF Bay Area market is preferred.
