Job Description

Title : Principal Network Engineer

Location : Englewood, CO

Duration : 6-month contract-to-hire

Workplace : Hybrid- 4 days onsite/week

Pay Rate : 85-95/hr+

Required Skills & Experience :

15+ years of network engineering and architecture
Principal or Technical Lead experience
Expertise with Cisco ACI
Ansible
Python
Terraform
AWS, Azure, and/or GCP

Nice to Have Skills & Experience :

Patents within networking
Experience working for a major cloud provider

Job Description :

Our client is an enterprise telecommunications and connectivity company, and this role sits within their data center networking and provisioning operations team.
The team is driving a large initiative to bring together various disparate data centers and networks with connection points and rebuilding the infrastructure from the ground up utilizing Cisco ACI. The goal is to have one data infrastructure.
This role is heavily focused on the backend of networking and will required making legacy systems unified and automated.
