Ratcliff Constructors, LP is seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist-Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic commercial construction team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written, verbal, and listening skills, along with the ability to meet critical deadlines. Strong time management and multitasking abilities are essential for handling multiple projects simultaneously. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a team-based environment and brings a positive, can-do attitude to the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients, visitors, and guests, ensuring they feel welcome and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; take messages and schedule appointments.
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
• Provide administrative and clerical support, including document preparation and recordkeeping.
• Manage basic filing systems and maintain office organization.
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
• Additional tasks as deemed necessary.

What Were Looking For:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• High energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Solid understanding of administrative and clerical processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Experience in Construction Industry is a plus
