Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Social Media and Community Manager to oversee content creation, social media growth, and engagement within our Insider's Membership Program . In this role, you will create compelling content, manage our social platforms, and foster an engaged brand community to achieve growth and loyalty.
All True Classic roles are global and omni-channel, driving accountability across product categories, regions, and sales/marketing channels. This role will allow you to impact operations worldwide, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and delivering success across diverse markets and platforms.
Note: This role is based at our HQ office in Calabasas, CA.

Creative Team
Partner with designers, videographers, and content creators to execute visually compelling campaigns.
Marketing Team
Work closely with the broader marketing team to align social media efforts with overarching brand goals.
Customer Support & Brand Experience
Ensure social media interactions align with our brand voice and customer service approach.
Paid Media Team
Collaborate on organic-to-paid strategies to maximize content performance.
