Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Special Projects Manager 1 to assist in the management and execution of designated operational tasks and projects. This entry-level position supports the Special Projects Manager and works closely with various teams including the COTR, Clinical Council, Operations, and Program Managers. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and be skilled in coordinating project phases, developing schedules, and ensuring project milestones are met.
Project Implementation: - Assist in the implementation of operational tasks and projects, both short-term and long-term, under the guidance of the Special Projects Manager.
- Facilitate or manage all phases of various projects including initiating, planning, controlling, executing, and finalizing.
Coordination and Research: - Assist with research of information pertinent to the project.
- Support the development of realistic project schedules with measurable tasks to ensure projects remain on track.
- Work with teams such as COTR, Clinical Council, and Operations Managers to coordinate project activities.
Project Management: - Monitor project timelines, budget, and resource allocation to ensure objectives are met.
- Help identify and address any issues or course corrections needed to keep the project aligned with goals.
- Assist with training team members and others as needed on project-related issues.
Reporting: - Prepare and write reports on project progress, outcomes, and any issues encountered.
Examples of Projects: - Coordinate with the facilities team to support operational functions of FOHS Occupational Health Centers (OHCs).
- Assist with the coordination and planning of FOHS conferences.
- Work with orientation teams to revise and update orientation tools.
- Manage and facilitate the background investigation and badging processes.
Additional Responsibilities: - Perform any other duties as assigned related to project management and operational support.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience : Two years of experience in project management or related field.

Compensation - Min: $50,000/ Max: $70,000
Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits. The final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
