Responsibilities:

• Process vehicle titles accurately and timely
• Prepare and submit all legal transfer documents to the state department of motor vehicles
• Verify and maintain accurate records of vehicles
• Communicate with customers and vendors regarding title-related matters
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
• Stock in vehicles that are purchased
• Aid management in paperwork for vehicles purchases

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in title processing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Data Management Systems is a plus
• A can-do attitude
