About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP Ethics & Compliance Officer to lead the development and management of its ethics and compliance programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, with a particular focus on those related to the healthcare industry. A Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal background is strongly preferred, along with a Master's degree in a relevant field.
