Okoroba Kingsley U Holds a B.Sc. Civil Engineering from the University of Port-Harcourt. He has over 18 years extensive experience in project management and supervision in construction engineering. He has held previous positions such as; Lead Field Engineer for Gas Plant Construction reporting directly to construction superintendent for shell petroleum and development company (SPDC) Associated Gas Gathering Project, executed by Dresser Kellogg Energy Services; Project Engineer / Manager for Kizok Associates on Elf Petroleum Nigeria Limited (EPNL) Village Buildings Extension Project; Site Manager for Mercury Engineering & Construction Co.

For construction Logistics Centre for SPDC comprising Telecommunication and Accommodation buildings, asphalt roads/parking lot and drainages; Project Manager for Kizok Associates for construction of Oil Palm units; Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) officer; Project Manager. He has various professional certification and membership. He is Certified by the Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) as a Civil Engineer; Member, Nigeria Society of Engineers (MNSE); Member, Nigeria Institution of Civil Engineers (MNICE); Member, International Society for Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering (ISSMGE).

In his project management responsibility, he has been responsible for the overall Management and supervision of project team functions; Development of work plan and project schedule using relevant software; Monitoring and evaluation of work progress and preparation of project reports; Supervision and control of multi-disciplinary workforce; estimating and pricing, maintaining close liaison with Quantity Surveyors; Preparation of contract bid documentation; Maintaining budget control for projects and advising management on deviations; Preparation of project close-out reports and handover documentation; Contract invoicing and preparation of variation claims.
